MST-FOREX System Specific Risks

• Algorithmic Trading Risk: The MST-FOREX V8 engine executes trades automatically based on mathematical models. Past algorithmic performance does not guarantee future results. Model assumptions may break down under extreme market conditions.
• Leverage Risk: The system operates on a Fusion Markets ZERO account with 1:500 leverage. Small market movements can result in large losses relative to the deposited capital.
• Technology Risk: Execution depends on VPS uptime, MT5 connectivity, and internet infrastructure. System failures, network outages, or broker platform issues may prevent timely trade execution or exit.
• Liquidity Risk: During high-impact news events, market gaps, or low-liquidity periods (weekends, holidays), slippage may significantly exceed expected levels.
• Concentration Risk: The portfolio trades 8 FX clusters. Correlated movements across currency pairs may amplify drawdowns beyond historical backtested levels.

Out-of-Sample Performance Disclaimer

All performance metrics displayed on this platform (Sharpe ratio 3.50, CAGR 91%, MDD -9%) are from out-of-sample walk-forward validation conducted over the period February 2022 to March 2026 with frozen parameters. These results are based on historical data simulation and do not represent actual trading results.

Live trading results from account 438300 (Fusion Markets ZERO, VFSC) reflect actual execution including spreads, commissions ($4.50 RT/lot), and slippage, and may differ materially from backtested performance.
